Full job description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Pattern Maker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating production patterns for better garments, working with both knit and woven fabrics. You will play a crucial role in transforming sketches, tech packs, and reference garments into accurate and high-quality patterns that meet our production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop first through production patterns for better, high-end garments working from sketches, tech packs, and reference garments to produce precise patterns.
Manage sample sewers, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
Lead fittings and revise patterns based on fitting sessions to ensure the perfect fit and design accuracy.
Check all TOP (Top of Production) and specifications upon arrival to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with production team to ensure the quality and accuracy of garments.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience with Style CAD program.
Strong knowledge of the domestic production processes including garment dye and shrink tests.
Strong knowledge of grading and marking.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
