We are currently seeking a Design Assistant and Company Sales team member to play an integral role in our daily operations.

Design Assistant – Full-time position

** Requirements **
– Strong communication skills.
– Ambitious and driven.
– Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
– Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
– Proficient in Adobe illustrator/photoshop
– Knowledge of current trends, fabrications, and silhouettes.
– Ability to flat sketch.
– Travel required.
– Must drive.

**Responsibilities**
– Support head designer in developing quarterly collections.
– Develop designs/tech packs.
– Work closely with the production team to oversee each design from start to finish.
– Source and organize fabrics seasonally.
– Assist in photoshoots.


Company Sales – Full-time position

** Requirements **
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in showroom and/or fashion sales.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong organizational abilities with a commitment to thorough follow-through.
– A team player who collaborates effectively, consistently demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
– A positive and friendly attitude that contributes to a welcoming workplace environment.

** Responsibilities **
– Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring order fulfillment for walk-in clients.
– Nurture new and existing client accounts, maintaining a strong focus on timely follow-up.
– Proactively generate leads through strategic cold emailing and phone outreach.
– Contribute to the order processing workflow, delivering top-tier customer service, offering shipping updates, and conducting thorough follow-ups.
– Analyze customer purchase patterns to provide valuable feedback to our design team.
