Our company specializes in providing high-quality aluminum raw materials and aluminum wheels, catering to a diverse range of clients including multinational conglomerates, metal brokers, and fabrication industries.

Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Metal Trader who will play a crucial role in sustaining and expanding our customer base. This position is pivotal in reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
Coordinate logistics to ensure seamless ocean import shipments.
Manage relationships with multiple warehouses, truckers, and forwarders.
Maintain detailed records of cargo tracking, inventory, and delivery status.
Negotiate effectively to reduce costs related to warehousing and trucking.
Uphold professional relationships with customers and vendors.
Handle additional administrative duties to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
Prior experience in logistics or the metal industry is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and logistics simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm.
