✦✦ E-Commerce Operation Associate ✦✦
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
▽ Ensure pricing, content, and listing designs are up to date
▽ Upload products on eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.
▽ Optimize listings, identify keywords, improve SEO to ensure maximum exposure of our products
▽ Strategically pricing products to ensure maximum sales and profits
▽ Increase the quantity and quality of traffic to our listings
▽ Consistently review & assess KPIs to ensure growth goals are achieved
▽ Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
▽ Provide operation support as needed
Qualification:
▽ Experience in E-Commerce is a preferred (Especially Amazon Seller Central)
▽ Detail oriented and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
▽ Fast learner
▽ Great attitude and a desire for teamwork
▽ Proficiency with computer applications
▽ Authorized to work in the U.S.
✦✦ Customer Service Specialist✦✦
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
▽ Provide product/ technical support for our sales product.
▽ Assist customers with product selection.
▽ Answer customer inquiries regarding to sales, orders, and product support questions.
▽ Provide additional task to assist in e-commerce channel management.
▽ Provide additional administrative support to team and management ensuring smooth daily operations of service department.
Qualification:
▽ Experience in customer service field is a plus
▽ Performance automotive knowledge or automotive service experience
▽ Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role in automotive industry is a big plus
▽ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with energetic and outgoing personality
▽ Multi-tasking abilities
▽ Patience when handling tough cases
▽ Must be detail oriented
▽ Authorized to work in the U.S.
✦✦Office Assistant <Entry Level>✦✦
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
▽ Basic email/message tasks
▽ Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
▽ Assist in optimizing listings and doing market research
▽ Monitor competitors’ listings to compare prices
▽ Assist product listing
▽ Assist special projects as assigned
▽ Organize files and documents by using MS word/excel
▽ Assist any office operation tasks
Qualification:
▽ No experience required/will train
▽ Previous experience as an assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
▽ Great attitude and a desire for teamwork
▽ Proficiency with computer applications
▽ Authorized to work in the U.S.
