Service Technician

Compensations:

·        Negotiable, depending on experience.

·        Medical, dental, and vision benefits earned after a 3-month probation period.

·        Paid 12 holidays.

·        Paid vacation.

Requirements:

·        Strong background in electronics, electrical systems, and mechanics; refrigeration knowledge and experience are essential.

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·        Proficiency in using various tools and equipment, including hand tools, power supplies, meters, and fixtures tooling.

·        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating high organizational and technical competence.

·        Capability to perform well under pressure and make the necessary efforts to meet schedules and deadlines.

·        Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.

·        Willingness and ability to travel nationwide, approximately 10% of the time.

·        Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

·        Eligible to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities:

·        Independently respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues via phone and email.

·        Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment both in the field and in-house.

·        Install equipment on-site as required.

·        Manage and order service parts.

·        Dispatch replacements for warranty services.

·        Perform in-house quality control when necessary.

·        Organize service equipment and tools.

·        Maintain close communication with the service team at the Korea HQ to update service information.

·        Keep accurate service records through the company database system.

·        Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to meet customer expectations.

·        Effectively communicate with Sales and Operations management.

·        Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
