I am a 43-year-old native English-speaking language teacher and professional writer.

I am offering conversation lessons where we will work on your active and passive language skills in real-time. I will correct mistakes in areas like grammar and pronunciation, teach new vocabulary, etc. I will give you homework to address areas of weakness in your language skills.

I offer a free 15-minute mini-lesson to anyone who wants to experience my teaching style before hiring me.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor’s Degree in English and journalism from the University of Wisconsin – Madison

-TEFL (Teach English as a Foreign Language) Certification completed in the Czech Republic

-5+ years teaching non-native English speakers, including 3+ years teaching in Prague and 2+ years teaching Koreans.

-15+ years working as a professional journalist and newspaper reporter

COST: $50 per 60-min lesson
